Celebrating 40+ years of seniority at GM Spring Hill MFG!

UAW Local 1853 would like to acknowledge these two fine young gentleman, Stu Rudy, and Lonnie Morgan, for more than 40 years of service at General Motors.

Stu, pictured center, has 40 years of service at GM. 35 of those years right here at Spring Hill! When asked what positions he has held, he said he has “done it all.” Stu enjoys playing bluegrass with his family and friends in his free time.

Lonnie, pictured right of Stu, has 43 years of service. His career has spanned across 5 plants from MI, thru KY, to TN. Lonnie does 3D printing and air brushing for hobbies outside of work.

Sunshine, their Team Leader, said Stu is not only a fantastic team member, but an invaluable resource for the paint booths. Sunshine also mentioned that Lonnie’s diligence is second to none. They call him “Eagle Eye Lon.”

Since these two gentlemen spend their time up in the paint booths, they are hard to catch out on the floor. But if you happen to see them out and about, be sure to congratulate them on 40+ years!
