International UAW Vice-President of the GM Department Mike Booth visited GM Spring Hill MFG

Organizing efforts are now underway at the Ultium Spring Hill Plant, and IUAW VP Mike Booth stopped by the GM plant to walk the floor. Accompanied by Region 8 Director Tim Smith, and IUAW Servicing Rep Wiley Turnage, UAW/GM Shop Chairman Jason Spain, and President of Local 1853 John Rutherford, our union leadership met with the members on the floor.

Some of our members voiced their questions and shook hands with Mike. Mike and Tim even got to take their first ride in a Cadillac LYRIQ EV, built proudly here in Spring Hill, TN.
