Keeping UAW Local 1853 Beautiful...

UAW Local 1853 would like to thank all those who volunteered with Keep Maury Beautiful, Inc., who gave their time to cleanup around the roadways leading from the Union Hall to the GM facility.

They were able to remove 23 bags of trash from the environment in which we love. While we celebrate their hard work, let us not forget that one of the fundamentals of our union is conservation. The UAW has a strong commitment to protecting the environment and it should always be on the minds of our union members.
