New Seniority Members!

This week, 12 more of our temporary brothers and sisters were converted to permanent seniority employees at GM Spring Hill MFG! Local 1853 President John Rutherford, UAW/GM Unit Shop Chairman Jason Spain along with GM Leadership spoke and presented certificates to help celebrate this occasion. This makes for 206 conversions since the 2023 agreement! #collectivebargaining

This is a life-changing event for everyone who crosses that threshold. A boost in pay, vacation, and many other benefits come along with this change in employment status.
