UAW Local 1853 Labor Day Union Reunion Bash 2024!

Local 1853 showed up and showed out today at the union hall for the 1st annual Labor Day party. Special thank you to all the brothers and sisters who volunteered their time to serve our members, all the Standing Committees, and all of the vendors.

Our membership enjoyed cool drinks, hot dogs, and burgers. A train ride, bouncy houses, ballon animals, face painting, cotton candy, and snow cones for the kids!

Big shout-out to our UAW Local 1853 President John Rutherford and UAW/GM Shop Chairman Jason Spain for being our dunk tank victims for charity!

We could not have asked for a better day to celebrate solidarity and being thankful for our union.
